Batch Printing
On October 18, 2025, AF will implement changes aimed at streamlining batch printing for improved usability.
AF will be removing legacy restrictions associated with the batch print admin page. Users with batch print privileges will gain access to all batch prints for their company, eliminating the need for user configuration based on individual business units. In addition, we’re introducing a new filter to the batch print queue based on state of loss, allowing users to refine results more effectively and improve overall filtering capabilities.
Data Integration, Assignments, and Activity Logs
On November 15, 2025, members will be able to take advantage of several enhancements aimed at improving productivity and workflows.
- Data Integration (DI) commands and events will support demand and task assignments. These events can be generated through E-Subro Hub when assigning at the business unit level or through the new DI 5.0 inbound command from a member’s claim system.*
- DI events for demand and task assignment can be consumed into a member’s claim system, increasing visibility and providing process improvement opportunities.*
- A task and its related demand can be assigned with a single click.
- Activity logs will be consolidated into two tasks rather than three when a demand is assigned.
- A new message will automatically place a demand back on the member’s worklist when a task is returned from damage estimation, clearly indicating that a task has been completed.
To help prepare our members for these changes, we have prepared a guide with additional details.
AF is looking forward to introducing these enhancements to our members with the goal of improving overall efficiency.
